Greenlake Legal advised a client active in the P2P credit market on the regulatory implications of the offering of its services in Austria

The client’s offering is complexly structured in order to comply with all regulatory requirements required for such investment opportunities.

The analysis of that offering under Austrian regulatory law requirements was highly complex and required deep knowledge of the initial structuring of the product, its legal analysis and regulatory analysis as well as in-depth knowledge of the views of the supervisory authorities.

The transaction involved legal advice for Austria and two additional European jurisdictions.

Michael Raninger led this transaction.
