Franz is an experienced finance lawyer, regularly advising Austrian and international banks, financial institutions, funds and corporate clients in various industry sectors on a broad spectrum of financing transactions – ranging from senior unsecured, investment grade and leverage transactions, both domestic and cross-border, covering acquisition financing, real estate financing, asset financing as well treasury management.
Franz has been active for more than 10 years. Before joining Greenlake Legal, he worked in a senior position for Freshfields in Vienna and Paris and in structured finance at Deutsche Bank in Frankfurt, Germany.
